Very nice job - the skin and gore look great. And I like how the blood drips down into the stream. I do think you have done yourself a disservice by making his loin cloth red though. It may just be the saturation in the picture, but it is lost in the rest of the reds of the blood and skin. I'd suggest possibly changing the colour to an olive green or something earthy.
