Looks like a very careful airbrush job, and I love the hexagon pattern. Very stylish.
The monochrome areas without the patterns look rather flat, though - I think we are all used to rather sharp highlights along the edges of vehicles, and along the joints between the different pieces of the vehicle's hull. Due to this habit the medium and dark blue ares look unfinished to my eyes.
