Actually, there are two schools of knocking an arrow. The one shown in the miniature is more typical in Europe, but you might find some Asian archers that would knock an arrow on the right side of the bow depending how the bow is held. Fredy, I like your little vignette, it would have been a 10 for me with a more subtle material for the bow string, which would make it look even more elvish. Try using a hair, or stretched sprue if that works better for you.

As an archer, I get to poke fingers at you and laugh. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! You're wrong! That is the correct side of the bow that the arrow is on! Excellent model and pic! One of the best I've seen of this fig!
