Narik Dreygur The Iron Warrior

Painted in oils. I have added the cloak to balance his jumppack and also to have some space for freehand. Also the right arm plate has a sculpted daemon head to avoid some emptiness of the original sculpt. I tried to depict a noble warrior fighting against the Empire thats why I refused the idea to paint battered and weathered armour in favour of painting his armour as clean as if it were prepared for battle by his retinue. Comments amd critics are always welcome.

Just stunning! Oils, really? Never tried em but maybe I should. Freehand on the Cape is my favorite!

Really interesting! I love the smoothness of the oils. I'll have to experiment with them myself!
