Heh, I must admit that at this stage it looks like he has balls hanging under his chin ;) . It`s all because throat could be very easily distinguished from rest of the head (it`s from greenstuff after all!). I`m sure ( and I agree with t_haye2) that after painting it will look much better.

Nice sculpting work, but the belly looks very unnatural, too flat somehow, and sorry, but why has the guy got his balls under his chin? a bit high up, don´t you think?!
