Prince Tyrion

Some weeks ago a customer contacted me with the idea of representing in miniature one of his favourite characters of Warhammer fantasy, but integrated in the new Age of Sigmar: Prince Tyrion of the High Elves, Incarnated now in a Light Avatar in the united armies with Sigmar agains Chaos hordes. Original Tyrion miniature is very old fashioned. It's old and it gives not the Grandiosity esence customer wanted, so we both decided to create a new one according the economical possibilities he has using cut & paste conversion with Spare parts more accurate with the miniature. principal base was done with Valten's Horse and Griphon Rider from the high elves using too a shield from a Hero or mage high elves blister and original pieces cutted from the original Tyrion on horse plus some sculpted details and other ones drawed as freehands to simulate sculpture. About painting, the objetive was to do a light but balanced miniature in non metallic metal, softenen the weak conversion points and adding new details with freehands as the flakes in the helmet or the plates on the legs or arms. I needed to add too the ligh effects on the sword and eyes to show his new status as Avatar of Light

Miniature is great but the photoshop glow and background are a little much.
