She's an interesting model. Your painting is generally clean and I especially like the way you've done the green scales. I would consider changing the colour of the spear tip or shaft - it would add interest to the weapon. She shaft is also skew, but I don't know how easy that would be to correct now. The base is a very nice idea. Dry brushing the wooden planks or bringing up the bread on the larger gear would help quite a lot - at the moment they're too similar. How that helps.
