It works!! bright colours That green skin with that red armour could have been a difficult thing to execute, but you have done it right. The blue of the axe is repeated on the shield at the floor and on the textiles from the helmet so all of them get linked by the eye.
It is a superclose pic so some texture in the paintwork is expected I would go thinner on the next project though :)
You can also experiment introducing the purple from the deepest mouth areas mixed into the green of the shadows in the skin of the ork (armpit, bottom parts of the arm...).
Search for AndyG, Tenball or BloodAsMedium galleries and you'll see what I mean.
