For a "yellow" blonde, paint the hair yellow, wash with a brown/yellow and highlight with yellow, yellow/white. The colour around her hand on the scroll might be a good wash colour for this.
I like this white blond, it looks very good. I also like the highlighting on the scroll and flesh. Overall everything looks very solid on this model, if you brought some of your highlights up just a little this would be a solid 7.
