Tyranid Vengeance Cannon

When my husband bemoaned the lack of Tyranid terrain and weapons batteries, I knew what my next project would be. Here's the finished sculpt using a paper cup, sculpy, driftwood, some parts from a Forgeworld Haridan and GW guns/venom sacs/claws. What do you think? Does it look Tyranid enough?

Thanks, TheLost! I hadn't thought of tentacles, but even if I had, I might have avoided them. They are a pain to get to look right. :) I had the Carnifex guns so they had to stand in for a cannon. A great big Tyranid cannon would have been great, but I didn't have one. :( I wonder if I could have sculpted one. As I did the sculpt in a single evening, I don't think I could have done something that fiddly. Thanks again for commenting; it is appreciated.

I think it looks fairly Tyranidy. Personally, I would sculpt more tentacle stuff and would use one of the cannons from the Exocrine or the Biovore/Pyrovores. Other than that, I think your husband is quite lucky to have some one sculpt terrain for him and support his gaming :)
