I don't really think this work deserves a 5... I would go for something in between a 6 and a 7. Colour scheme is nice and although the upper part of the banner looks like a mix of nmm gold and bone it does the job pretty well.
I feel though, like you spent more time on the standard than on the bearer, but I can be wrong because of the pic... There are other errors but they can be corrected on subsequent miniatures... (like a little bit sloppy on some parts, and changes of colour a bit abrupt on some others)
I am aiming to help you with my comments, but on the other hand I am in no way a pro painter so take them with a grain of salt.
