Matte finish, glossy figures are the worst. The strapping, the horse, and the hair are the same color. You should paint the eyes, nose, and inside of the ears to bring out detail. It looks like you only have 5 colors in your paint tray.
The most important thing you need to do is get some Matte Finish spray and use that to seal your mini instead of the gloss. The glossy finish totally dominates this figure at the moment. You can even spray the Matte spray on top of the gloss to dull it down.
Other than that you should work on making your highlights more obvious. Right now most of the horse and the wraith garb look to be one color. Mix your base coat with some white or lighter colors and pick out the highlights.
