Desert Themed Kraken

This is my first attempt at using an airbrush. I only used it for base coats and highlights, before hand painting the weathering, washes, and blood effect. Honestly, I don't like the cacti... but they were the best I could find near me. My entire army is based on the question: What would Cryx look like if they were desert pirates, stranded in a desert, etc,.

The base doesnt match the model at all. You could go more extreme on the green adding pure white to middle. The metal has a very nice texture.
