I appreciate that the concept of female marines will get many people in a bit of a tizzy - that's fine, flame away. I'm a big boy and can handle the abuse. Nonetheless I decided I wanted to include some female marines in my army, so I did. I'm far from the best painter in the world, and would certainly appreciate any tips or suggestions for things to improve. Many thanks

Bout time somebody included female soldiers that didn't stand around on a dangerous battlefield wearing just a leather or fur thong.

After a fashion. They're based off of LRP groups from my home system - on this occasion a group called The Darkendales. In terms of fitting directly in with 40k fluff - not so much. It was just important for me to have a slightly more diverse and gender inclusive army than was otherwise available. I aim for ethnically diverse as well, which isn't reflected so much in this group. Some of my scouts represent a range of backgrounds as opposed to the normal white-male which is prevalent everywhere. It's not a big thing, but thought it important. :) Thanks for the comment, and the rating.

Not very fluffy but I like the concept. Nice way to customize your army. Do you have a back story for your G.I. Jane's?
