Stop complaining! The bright highlights are cool! These orcs are among my favourite orks... "Don't orks get darker..." - yeh yeh whatever... What ever happened to artistic freedom? This is good.

Skin highlighting is way too bright. Don't orks get darker the bigger and meaner they get? Try being more percise with your highlighting.
