Not bad for one of your first few minis. Neatly painted. To go a step further I'd suggest adding highlights a step or two. With your figure of choice I'd imagine you want to go for a darker grubbier finish, however it doesn't translate well when photographed and you really need to push the contrast to get higher scores.
