A little bit too sloppy or dirty in places. Try to dilute your paints a bit more and work in layers rather than in just one layer, it will help you to get a smoother finish ;)
Anyway I am pretty sure you got a ton of fun painting this terrific miniature, ^^ so keep on working and improving!
