I think Maenas has pretty much covered advice but I just want to add that it can help to coat the face and cloth in matte varnish instead of leaving it glossy like the metallics. It makes it look more realistic.
You had some problems with the picture here, everything flares too much so peeps around can't appreciate your work.
Anyway I see you have tried some OSL with those candle lights onto the armour, but your paint is a bit too thick and everything looks a bit "dirty"
That background, somekind of stained glass window? looks really cool and it is a nice idea, but it is too sharp and draws a lot of the attention, maybe because the face of the mini (normally the focal point) is painted very dark.
Also the thing you have putted around the rim of the "window" really looks like putty pressed around so it does not work pretty well.
With all these words I did not want to discourage you, I just pointind out thigs for you to improve on your next project. Keep on working because you seem to have some cool ideas around, and just need a little bit more practice and polishing to achieve cooler results ;)
