The most effective result is obtained if 3 main components are present: good bitz, unnlimited time for painting and free choice in selecting the concept art. My friend wants to have this standard for Battle Standard Bearer of his Warriors of Chaos army. When I got this commission I opened the armybook for Hordes of Chaos army from 6th edition immediatelly for picking my favourite artwooks. Amazing work even still in 2020. Freehand brilliantly executed but I really love the bloody skulls hanging from the top. They look very realistic and freshly scalped.
