I gotta be honest, this thing looks like you primed it and then dipped it in wood varnish. It's one thing to have a limited palette, but it has to be done so the details of the figure are not lost in a homogenous field of colour. Some things that would help would be darklining/deeper shading between different-coloured areas, stronger highlights on all colours, and a coat of matte sealer to kill the glossy shine.
