Wow. This is soo cool! Eventually, a Necron Lord who doesn't look like all the others, dull and boring. I recon the cape is green-stuffed? Anyway really nice color choice with the blue cape and the greens plus the dark red/orange on the chest... looks like he is really old, almost rusting. Great work!
