Hm I had some difficulty choosing the score here. I love the colours and the way the green is done and I think her face is great. The tartan effect is also well done. However some of the highlighting on the skin could be blended better. You have also used a big picture which is great, however no matter how good the paint job the bigger the pic gets, the more slight flaws show up as everything is "magnified" to an extent. Anyway I know not many people have voted on this but it doesn't deserve a score under 7 at all... Cool work.
