Many Thanks thistle_doo, Great feed back appreciated. The "Vision" I had in mind was a Pompous, Very wealthy, over the top type Eccentric character, so went for some varied "Rich" colours. Also gave a good excuse to "Play" with some of the colours recently acquired from Scale 75. Like about half of what I do It ends up begin a "Costed" project so at some point I don't spend as much time on things as I may like too. Becomes counter productive to spend an addition week on a piece that will only see a minor profit if best, Good example of this is a Random Fantasy "Gaming" force for effectively a Growing but little known Game system.

My only minor criticism is your colour palette is too extensive, the blue of the glove and saddle blanket would have been better with a lighter/more neutral colour. The green of the cloak next to the peacock works well, I probably wouldn't have thought to do that. The turquoise on the sword handle and over saddle blanket create good balance, extending the spot colour to the reins though just doesn't seem to work for me. Really impressive piece overall though and deservedly a solid 9 from me...
