Its an interesting use of a decapitated head from the ork sprue il give you that

It looks kinda stupid because of the head from the ork sprue- It looks like he's hanging off an invisible hook The pants look good, though.

You might whant to pe carful when gluing the sand on the base, that guy as some sand glued to is shoe. And try taking the picture from a better angle so that we can see the face properly.
