I think these are pretty sweet as they are. If you wanted to improve them a little I'd recommend spending a bit more time on the faces of these as well. I wouldn't change much to the tentacled one myself. The paint job is quite nice and slimy. The other two could do with more highlighting and shading but not much. The one thing I'd definately improve though is the roughness of the bases. Thin plasticard scored to look like real wood or super sculpy to fill the base in neatly would look nice. There are plenty of you tube tutorials on painting plastic or resin to look like real wood if you search for them. Plus the real wood doesn't look right to me in such a small scale especially against small figures.
