Very nice, in a wyrd disturbing way of course. :-) Since you ask for suggestions for improvement, I would use less gloss. I see that only areas that is wet or slime is glossy and areas like clothes is matt, so it is probably logical. But still the model is too glossy. Maybe at least the floor could be matt? To provide more contrast for shiny areas?
