Dragonborn Rogue
DB rogue... sure, why not? He was smaller than his friends and family and had to make a living somehow! :P Hack from a Repaer Goblin Ninja and a Draconian from an old RAFM set. This can also serve as an especially sneaky kobold, in a pinch. All these Dragonborns seem "shiny" since at that time, I couldn't track down a source for my old standby, Testors Dullcote, and was forced to use Citadel brand of "matte" sealer. Pffft. Travesty.
