Davve, I'd suggest that the low score on these could be for two reasons.
1: WWII war games figures don't allow for a huge amount of painting technique displays so tend to get mid level scores despite having excellent paint jobs. Larger Historical figures 54mm and above give a showcase for expansive painting techniques and subsequently get a better appreciation.
2: The photograph doesn't show these figures in any flattering way, from the angle I can't tell exactly what they are. (British Paratroopers?) I'd suggest if you want to show them to their best advantage look at the highest scoreing photos in the gallery and see that they all have the figures placed so that they are shown full on.
