Tyranid Broodlord

Based on a Tyranid colour scheme and painting techniques devised by a friend of mine, the author of this fantastic beast: http://www.coolminiornot.com/377055?browseid=16033312 The base was made by combination of cyanoacrylic glue, water and UHU glue slobbered in mixes all over the base. It was then covered with red and brown washes/glazes as well as some Vallejo water effects mixed with red paint. To top it all off, copious amount of gloss varnish were applied.
