It's a 7.5 for me - there are many things to like about this mini and many things you've done well. Just needs to be taken to the next level of shading and highlighting. Skin tones especially for the elf and dragon are too flat. I'm trying to be encouraging, so please don't take my comments as being too harsh. Your skill will keep developing from here as you try more techniques...minis become a lot more time consuming too however.
