Maybe they are not to bad, but the pic isn't showing enough of the paintjob. You need a better pic and finished bases for a higher score.

It's difficult to rate those dwarves 'cause... mmmm... The picture is VERY bad. Well, from what I can see (if I can even see anything) I only have to say that you should take more care about the basing... Sand or something like that wouls be good
