She's got a nice face and you've put quite some amount of detail into her snow leopard clothing!
What I don't like so much is the overall gloss. If it's varnish and you need to apply it, you might want to change to a more matte version. If it's the colours themselves, maybe you should change those.
(Personally, I like to apply different kinds of gloss to some parts of my figures to make the eyes, mouth, hair, metal parts or certain pieces of clothing shine. A lot of people don't like gloss at all, I'm afraid. ;) )
I think, the shading is already quite nice, beneath all the gloss.
Also, you might want to make the lines between different parts a bit more subtle.
