Tau Stormsurge with pulse driver and flamers. Painted with sable brushes, citadel Colors, and Vallejo mediums. Base was carved from high density foam and cork. Cacti are from kromlech.
Thank you for the feedback CB. You raise a very good point on breaking up the base palette. Would you recommend a lighter concrete with or without road markings? It will feel distopian, and I dig that!
This is seriously cool, I really like the colour scheme and the weathering effects. I think the base maybe lets it down a little bit, the rock doesn't blend naturally into the base, it sort of looks more like it would work better as broken tarmac.
