It looks pretty nice, the focus on the pictures make it hard to really see the details and get a true sense for the model. Try re-uploading with softer lighting and a black or white background, something just more subtle then green. Think you could water down your paints a bit further and go for smoother blending in parts of the model. There are lots of resources to find on the web about blending. "Painting Buhhda" has some videos on on youtube that are extremely helpful, I would check them out. Keep up the good work it is very nicely done, I'm sure your gonna kick some ass next competition.
