This is far from bad. It lacks contrast though, you could/should highlight some parts of the face to bring it out (bottom of the forehead, cheekbones, nose, chin). You can also do it for the skulls. The red/black transition on the cloak is not too harsh, same for the black highlights.
One thing you really need to do here (if you haven't varnished the mini), is to paint the eyes !
The OSL on the left hand is not correct as you didn't control your paint when you apllied the blue wash. It went in the recess between the cloak and the hand while it shouldn't be
enlightened (I consider here that the skull is the source of light).
Hope you still can improve that mini with the little advices I gave you.
