Lovely cartoony design. The colour scheme is very simple and clean but effective.
The weapons could do with a couple of accents on the blades as well as the turquoise armour plates.
Personally, I'd go for a slightly more realistic approach even with a cartoony colour scheme. Add some dirt to the feet and certain parts of armour. Also, slight scratches and chippings on the armour. Not a lot, mind you, so as not to destroy the overall feel.
I love the skintones and, particularly, the Weirdnob Shaman's cloak - beautifully flat colours, like a brand new cotton shirt (it might look weird on an Orc [Orruk, whatevs...], but he's called a WEIRDnob, right?
