This is not ork GW Fenryll but I think you do not finish this mini you should dilute your painting to obtain finer layers in order not to obscure the details and take your time.
It's a nice older ork. I think the color is a bit too light though. Shows promise. The spear shaft looks really good. The point is too flat though. What kept me from a 5 is the gold paint spilled onto the arm and the chipped paint on the base. Nice grass by the way.
