I also agree that this mini is tabletop quality, to rate it below wouldn´t do justice to it. I also don´t like the base, it should have at least some scenery on it. But I like the conversion from the old Noise Marine parts, that´s a cool idea I´ll try on my own Emperors Children army. On some of your other models you also used blue and pink, perhaps this would have given this model some more contrast. Otherwise, a good tabletop-quality paintjob.

I don't really like the base, but I agree that it is tabletop. The base could be good if it's some sort of theme, but I am grading from just one pic of one mini.
