Not crazy about the broken concrete look myself, but a small tip... Concrete, espically that thick and double espically on the second floor, would have lots of rebar running through it and sticking out the breaks. Quite nice scenery though.

I'm not sure I care for the notched "broken concrete" technique you used, but these are great-looking buildings! I like the elevated roadway too.
