Nice palette!
Still the base is what I find is the weakest point of the miniature. It seems to be an iced rock or area isn't it? I think it lacks more white/grey colours and less deep blue, also I don't think the white flock is working.
On the miniature, maybe I am missing some shadows/highlights on the cape and banner, also on the golden parts. You can try to highlight the gold with a brighter gold tone or by mixing silver in your "base gold" for the shadows try a dark brown with a hint of purple instead of the nuln oil/agrax earthshade you used here (just guessing, not sure at all) or at least reserve this last ones just for the deepest areas.
I would also clean up the rim of the base a bit (there is a lot of flock there!)
Again, I am trying to give a nice feedback/critique to improve, if this miniature is for gaming/tabletop then it is more than perfect!! Thank you for sharing! ;)
