First attempt at non metallic metal. Airbrush and paintbrush using Vallejo and Citadel paints.

Nice try! It seems you got some problems on the face, a little bit too much paint on the head (face and hair) in fact it has obscured the "subtle" sculpt. So you need to add a little bit more water on the paint before using it. I also spot a mold line over the right breast, should you detect it before and sand/file it would have given a better result also. Also the highlights on the hair are a little bit too subtle go a bit darker on the shadows and a bit more shiny on the highlights... just like a shampoo tv spot. I hope this will be helpful, Keep on trying! ;) PS: You also have a warmer tone on the picture, try to find a "white balance" on your phone/camera that says indoor or incandescent lights and turn it on. Shoot picture and compare the result, shouldn't you obtain a better result with that setting, go and try to find another one and experiment with those settings. You will see brighter blues and less brownish reds with the correct setting, and also whiter whites instead of that creamy background.
