On this one, the armour looks like it is almost painted in the same golden colour, if you try to give it different shadows and highlights just as you did with the one on the staircase it will improve the general look of the miniature, specially on this one, were the armour is almost an 70% of the sculpt.
For the wings the paint went a bit thick on places, try to dilute it a bit more. White is quite hard to paint well (black too), find out some references on the internet or searh on this very same gallery for inspiration and other works. I particularly like the work from Bailey03 on them, he has some nice tutorials too. I can also spot a moldline on the "rearwing" first pic, they become a nightmare (mold lines) since they seem to appear at unsuspected places when they want. Even if you have double-checked the cast.
