Wazgug Blueshroom (or is should it be BwooShwoom?)
Next up is a model that I only have one image for as I was lucky enough to sell this piece to David Higgins at the Crystal Dragon Event! You can see enough of the scene from one angle, so this one photo must be sufficient. For all intents and purposes, this was my first real sale! Thanks David :) Something that I've realised while painting is that I enjoy the work much more when I have at least a basic understanding of the story behind the work and in this particular case the story is more complex than usual so that helped. Basically, the story behind this involves this Orc Shaman called Wagzug Bwueshwoom and he is in service of the great and awesome goblin Skarsnik under the Karaz-a-Karak mountains. This little cave section is deep underground. Because of his magic he was born Albino and his lip has been stained blue because he eats nothing but blue Mushrooms (this is also a little nod to the Warlocks from GoT). In the end, I found the scene a little bit dull colour wise but I think it achieves what I wanted it to and once again, much was learned during the construction and painting of this one. This one also received a Silver at Crystal Dragon which I was again very happy and humbled by. I hope you like it. C&C is always welcome and much appreciated.
