This is a really nice model, cleanly painted.
It would become a lot better with a simple, strong wash to bring some shadows into the edges and recesses, and some light drybrushing on the raised areas and edges.
And there would be another very simple improvement: give the gun a hole (or in this case, two holes) so the bullets can come out... in my opinion, that makes the minis so much more convincing and it shows that you took some care to turn them from plastic into the fighting machines they are supposed to be.
