I saw this guy with ur other guy. Technique isnt great by anymeans, but the colour pallette used is easily in the 7+ range. U obviously have ur own style, u just need to work on getting the blends down. The paper could have more shading and highlighting for example. Pisses me off tha this doesnt have a 6 rating its decent
