warhammer 40k/age of sigmar 3D printed 32mm miniature transport tray
a new way of transporting you models as an alternative to a soft foam tray. these trays are 3D printed from pla plastic. the difference from conventional miniatures trays is these hold the base only keeping the miniature suspended without ant contact made on the miniature itself, this will help keep your paint from wearing off and there far less chance of any part of the model catching on a piece of foam and breaking off. all parts are printed from pla plastic and supplied in 11 pieces 1 base holder which will hold 4 32mm basses 8 round vertical rods that will give 60mm (6cm, 2.36 inches) clearance from top of the base to the top of the holder. 2 tray tops. in order to assemble fit four vertical rods into one side of the base holder use super glue to fit permanently(plastic glue will not work on pla plastic) fit four rods into tray top. repeat on other side. the base holder and the tray tops have tongue and groove fittings on each side, make sure that all of the tongue and groove are all facing the same direction before gluing together if you plan to glue multiple trays together. to use slide miniatures base into the slot in the base holder ( before you do this check the inside of the base holder slot is clear of derbies to prevent base damage.)
