I think your work is quite good. I'm not and expert but I'm going to give you some advices that i hope can help you.
First, you must take care when you glue the mini in the base, the Varghulf should fit better in the rock and the feet must touch the floor.
Another point you could try is to make more lights, for example in the red part of the wings, in the face and other parts of the mini that are the most visibles parts. And you can put extreme light in the corners of the mini, (with care, of course).
And the most important advice... Paint a lot and try new things!
