You paint very neatly for a beginner and the one suggestion I could give is to think about how you could push the highlights and especially shadows on your minis some more. Don't forget that shiny metallics will have a much smaller, tighter highlight than other materials. Although if you are using the mini to game with I wouldn't change much. Keep painting, listen to as much advice from the great painters on this site and don't be afraid to ask questions.
