Renegade Knight of Nurgle
This Renegade Knight conversion has parts from several different kits including: Plaguebearers, Plague Drones, and Forgefiends. Quite a bit of Green Stuff went into the making of him as well. He is also fully wired for LEDs, but unfortunately I was out of batteries at the time of this photo. His eyes light up as well as the Thermal Cannon.
