Sry, you still have the upside-down problem there... ;(
Try to rotate it with the windows preview tool.. maybe that solves your issue.
On the paintwork, I can see you have highlighted everything (maybe drybrushing?)... drybrushing is ok if you also want texture, but I do not think this would be one of those cases unless you wanted to paint a little statue of a dragon. (I hope you understand what I mean...)
You can also try to add some shades/washes to your work to give it more realism. You can also paint his tongue in another colour, and his teeth, well they do not need to be green like the rest of the miniature! ;)
